Shipment processing time

Domestic: We pride ourselves on our ability to process orders quickly. Our current processing time for domestic orders may be 1-2 business days. Once shipped, we ask that you allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping times may exceed those outlined above.

International: Our current processing time for international orders is 1-2 business days. However, due to national holidays, inclement weather, international express and customs delays beyond Kensen™'s control, we ask that you allow additional shipping days. International shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking number should be valid within 48 hours of receipt of email. If you do not receive an order tracking update within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our customer service team using our live chat or email support@kensen.co


Customs duties on international orders

Kensen is not responsible for duties and customs charges on international orders. Kensen™ may be eligible for reimbursement of verified duties or customs charges imposed on the customer by the destination country upon arrival of the customer's order. If you incur such duties or customs charges, please contact our support email.


penalty for damages

Kensen will replace orders damaged in transit. If the product you received is unusable due to damage in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving your order.


Lost or stolen order

Kensen is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed successfully delivered by the courier. The company will not compensate or replace orders that have been confirmed to have been delivered by the courier and reported as lost or stolen. Kensen™ may, at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit if a replacement is required.
