Q:The product cannot operate normally. what should I do?
A: There are two possibilities.
(1)The blade may be jammed due to beard and other reasons, so please clean the blade with a cleaning brush before trying.
(2)The battery power may be insufficient. Charge and try again.
Q: Can it be washed with water? Will it rust after washing with water?
A: The razor blade can be washed with water. After washing with water and allowing it to air dry, apply commercially available razor oil to it, and it will not rust.
